A Landmark Office Building with Art Deco Character
2 Park Avenue is a striking Art Deco office building located on Park Avenue between East 32nd and East 33rd Streets in Manhattan. Completed in 1928, the 28-story building was designed by architect Ely Jacques Kahn of Buchman & Kahn and is recognized as one of New York City’s significant examples of Art Deco and Modern architecture.
The building was constructed during a period of rapid transformation along Park Avenue, as the area began developing into an important commercial office district.
